Booster Housing (commonly referred to as Brake Booster Housing) is the main pressure-resistant outer shell of a vacuum brake booster or electronic brake booster (E-booster), serving as the core structural and sealing component of the automotive brake assist system.

Structural Enclosure & Protection: Fully encloses and protects internal critical components (diaphragm, piston, control valve, reaction disk, springs), isolating them from dust, moisture, and external impacts.
Pressure Chamber Formation: Creates a sealed internal cavity divided by the diaphragm into vacuum chamber and pressure chamber, maintaining the pressure differential required for brake force amplification.
Vacuum Sealing: Provides an airtight environment to preserve vacuum pressure, ensuring consistent and reliable braking assist.
Component Integration & Mounting: Integrates ports for vacuum hoses, mounting points for the master cylinder, and interfaces for the brake pedal pushrod. It is securely bolted to the vehicle's firewall.
Strength & Rigidity: Withstands internal vacuum forces and external mechanical stresses during operation, preventing deformation that could cause seal failure.
